It’s okay to start over
At any point of time you can decide to begin again and completely change your life. Therefore anyone can decide to completely change their life. A change in life is sometimes necessary. Here is some “simple” advice on how you can completely change your life. Since you’re here, you’ve had the thought of making some serious life changes and would like to know how you can apply this your life.
Starting over is as simple as that. First you just decide to do it then take the steps to “do it”. Why not?! If you are ready for phase two to change your life here are some tips on how to get you there. Before I share my tips let me explain how I got there.
My story…
I am an expert at the life that I’ve already lived and I want to become an expert of the life that I intend to create. I wanted to be and feel different. (You can too).
My brand new life consist of a huge upgrade. What did I want out of this upgrade?! That’s a good question. I wanted peace and tranquility. Simple enough right? I asked for it, I owned it, I manifested it and I got it. I was tired, just tired of some things that were happening in my life, and do you know who has control of that? Me. I was in control so I had to make some things happen. I had to get a peace of mind. When you feel peace there is nothing like it. I finally have a sense of peace and happiness. How did I get there? I got very specific in my prayer. Let me repeat that… I GOT VERY SPECIFIC on what I was praying for and manifesting. The other thing that I did was, I let go…
I let go of anyone and everything that was holding me back and not feeding my soul. That included and was not limited to a long term relationships (my marriage); I cleared out the clutter, the clutter of my mind AND my physical space. I had to do it in order to get to that place. That place of serenity. There is the first thing that you need to do is LET GO!
Let me ask you…
What do you want?
Do you even know? Have you sat silent long enough to actually think of what it is that you wanted in life? Now that you have let go you can begin to envision the kind of life that you desire and begin to change your life. This is where is gets good because you can dream those big dreams. Dream so big that you do not even know how to get to that point, then dream even bigger.
Practice gratitude.
Make gratitude your focus. Focus on the things that you already have. I can tell you a few things that you should be grateful for right now. One, your health. Two, your senses. Do you have all five? Even better. Do you have love in your life? I think I just gave you another one. You are reading this on some form of device that is connected to the interweb, something to be grateful for. The list can go on. Your turn to compile your own list. What are you grateful for?
Your thoughts become your reality. What you think becomes reality. The universe is listening so let the universe listen to some positivity. Let that come to fruition. These are just a few simple tips on how to change your life.
